Summer Game Fest 2022 concluded today with the host Geoff Keighly dropping some major announcements and showcasing the trailers of upcoming video games, alerting the gamers regarding the games they should look forward to this year. Fans were not left disappointed as we saw some surprising games and their trailers.

Summer Game Fest for the current year was inaugurated yesterday with the announcements of new games. The event will also bring major game developers to their show as well as make announcements on Netflix Games to look forward upon. However, the most important part of this show remains the revelation about upcoming video games which are listed below-
Street Fighter 6
The legendary video game series is getting its sixth and this time, Guile is returning to the streets as shown by a recent trailer dropped at Summer Game Fest 2022. Fans went gaga over this fighter as his gameplay was showcased with excellent combat skills against his enemies.
Aliens: Dark Descent
20th Century Fox Games just revealed a new horror and thriller video game named Aliens: Dark Descent that is scheduled to release on 2023 for PC and Console. The 2-minute trailer might not have revealed much about the game but it sure gave chills to the fans who like to explore dark fantasy games.
The Callisto Protocol
From the makers of the popular Dead Space franchise, the gameplay of The Callisto Protocol was showcased at the event providing players an insight as to what they can expect to get from the survival game that is set in the backdrop of space. The game is scheduled for a release on December 2 this year.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
The developers of Call of Duty are dropping huge announcements over the recent days with recently giving a new trailer to the fans as well as showcasing a new level at the Summer Game Fest 2022. The popular franchise developed by Activision is getting its newest title on PC on October 28 this year.
Flashback 2
The iconic series Flashback is returning after a break of 20 years and this time, fans can definitely expect some cutting-edge graphics, new gameplay style and other futuristic elements. The single player video game will also be getting a new developer; however, fans weren’t provided with any release window.
Marvel’s Midnight Suns
Marvel fans will be delighted to know that they will be getting an all-new video game on their favorite franchise. The turn based tactical game has already started its pre orders and is set to release this year. Players can play as their iconic superheroes fighting against the Marvel comic characters such as Midnight Sons, X-men and more.
Honkai: Star Rail & Zenless Zone Zero
The developer of the most successful role-playing game, Genshin Impact are adding two new RPG titles in their kitty who received new trailers at the Summer Game Fest 2022. While Honkai: Star Rail will mostly consist of the altnerate version of Honkai characters, Zenless Zone Zero is set in an urban area featuring modern looking characters.
Fort Solis
Gamers who might have some interest on space related things would be glad to hear that two iconic voice artists, Troy Braker and Roger Clark are collaborating together for a survival game set in Mars named Fort Solis. The game will be available on the Steam platform and Summer Game Fest 2022 saw the game’s teaser.
