The controversial yet highly popular Tate brothers, Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have been hit with good news on their end. They have been released from their judicial control and can now roam freely within the borders of Romania. Almost nine months after they initially got arrested, the ongoing case still exists. However, the legality of the case is slowly depleting as the day passes.

Back in 2022, on December 29, Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate were put under cuffs by the Romanian police. They had been accused of human trafficking, among other heinous crimes, as they got raided at their home. The raid came directly from the DIICOT (Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism) of Romania. Since then, their legal case has been followed by millions of people around the globe.

Back in March, they had been eased down to house arrest. This would prevent them from leaving their house without a legal penalty. A lot of case studies had been ongoing between Andrew Tate’s legal team and the Romanian court. Andrew claims the legality of the case is very weak, according to the evidence that his accusers present him with. Therefore, he suggests that he and his brother be innocent of their crimes.

Tate Brothers granted ease on their restrictions on travel within Romania

The brothers claim the case presented is very weak, as they are sure of their innocence. This, as a result, had led them to be eased down to house arrest, which was a much calmer punishment than a Romanian prison cell. However, after fighting in court, the Tate brothers managed to break free of the house arrest on August 4th, when they were cleared by the Romanian government to roam outside of their house.

However, they were still under judicial control, which meant that they had restricted their ability to roam around the country, more so only within Bucharest, as reports claim. Now, it has been confirmed that those restrictions have been eased, and they are free to travel anywhere within the borders of Romania, where they reside.

They are still under judicial control, as they might have to report their whereabouts for another 60 days. The case seems to be getting weaker and more favorable towards the 26-year-old retired kickboxer and his brother. Andrew and Tristan Tate often conducts live streams and are active on Twitter, where they got unbanned by Elon Musk.
