The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt follows the story of Geralt of Rivia, a Witcher (a monster slayer for hire) in a war-torn, monster-infested fantasy world as he searches for his adoptive daughter Ciri, who’s on the run from the Wild Hunt, a group of ghost-like riders that kidnap people. Although the game is an RPG with numerous side quests, it shares similarities with survival games like The Last of Us, with its intense, twisted storyline and new terrifying creatures to discover.

CD Projekt RED is releasing a next-gen update for their beloved open-world RPG, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, with various fixes and improvements. Marcin Momot, the Global Community Director for the game, announced on Twitter that the update will be available today on all platforms, including PC, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PS4, and PS5, assuming everything goes smoothly. The patch sizes will vary from 2 GB on PC to between 10 and 20 GB on consoles, depending on the SKU and platform.
