Top 5 best characters for Beacon of the Reed Sea in Genshin Impact

The 3.5 update has added a new claymore weapon called Beacon of the Reed Sea in Genshin Impact. It is the signature weapon for Dehya who became playable recently as a 5-star Pyro unit. To obtain this new weapon, players can use their primogems and spend it on the Epitome Invocation banner.

While Dehya has been a disappointing release, players are hopeful that her signature weapon can be put to some use for other claymore units in the game. The weapon’s stats at the highest level are decent enough as they provide a base ATK of more than 600. Additionally, it is focused on providing CRIT DMG that can be useful for DPS builds of a particular character.

Beacon of the Reed Sea in Genshin Impact will provide ATK buffs even when the character is off-field. Whether the active character receives DMG or provides, ATK buffs are sure shot. Not only that, this weapon can provide HP bonus if the character is not using any sort of shield. This 4-star Electro unit scales off well with CRIT DMG, as a result, it is better to use weapons with good CRIT DMG. Another benefit that the Beacon of the Reed Sea in Genshin Impact will provide Beidou is the massive ATK bonus. She is highly dependent on other characters due to ER, but this weapon, that dependency can be reduced.

4) Xinyan

Xinyan, a Pyro user not only provides a good defense in her team but also scales off well with attack. Therefore, players should use ATK based weapons on her. One thing to note when using this weapon with Xinyan is that players should not make her a support character if they use this weapon on her.

The Beacon of the Reed Sea might not provide the required DEF bonus, but the attack scale will certainly help him. However, this weapon should only be used if Itto doesn’t have the Redhorn Stonethresher.

Eula is another powerful Cryo unit in the game. Her only drawback is that she cannot do well with CRIT based artifacts or weapons. The case is quite different with Beacon of the Reed Sea in Genshin Impact as it will help her to give the required amount of CRIT DMG against the enemies.
