In an extraordinary display of skill and patience, Twitch streamer Silithur has taken on a challenge very few would even dare to take on. The streamer is known for playing games with a unique controller comprising only a big red button. The player is supposed to enter their commands via Morse code through the button.
The streamer’s latest game, which he plays with such a controller, is the Game Awards 2022 Game of the Year, Elden Ring. The Bloodborne and Dark Souls series developers developed the Elden Ring from software.
As most gamers know, their games are punishingly complex and challenging enough for most people to beat with a regular controller. However, some people looking for a more complex challenge have gone above and beyond to create a more complicated task for them to accomplish.
While fans have seen streamers beat tough games with innovative controllers, such as guitar controllers or Donkey Kong Bongo controllers, nothing like this has been seen.
Silithur defeats the first boss in Elden Ring using a Morse code controller
Silithur recently posted on his official X account. The Spanish streamer’s tweet, when translated, reads, “F*ck off, Margit. The first tough boss won with just one button.” The tweet is accompanied by a streaming clip, where Silithur can be seen fighting Margit with an additional camera pointed towards the highly specialised controller.
The Fell Omen Margit is the players’ first mandatory boss fight in Elden Ring. Known for his aggressive attacks and magical abilities, Margit challenges players with a mix of swift strikes and summons to test their combat skills and strategies. These intricate attacks push players to their limit, even while playing with a standard controller.
Hence, fans were highly impressed by this feat Silithur recently accomplished in Elden Ring. The post has blown up and has over 6,000 likes in only a few hours. The Twitch streamer beat other games by FromSoftware, such as Dark Souls.
