Valorant devs pushed back the 6.02 patch; cancels the upcoming PBE

Valorant is currently one of the most famous FPS games. Many players and pro players have migrated to Valorant because of the uniqueness it brings. It is a perfect mix of standard tactical shooting and over-the-top agent selection. Players have been indulged in Valorant ever since its release. It might be due to the continuous updates that devs provide to this game. To make sure that the update has no bugs, Riot Games tests these new patches on their PBE(Public Beta Environment) servers.

Most of the Valorant updates are initially released on the PBE, where they are tested by players before being released to the live servers. Additionally, the PBE gives players a sneak peek at upcoming content for the game, generating excitement and expectation within the community. But, sadly the upcoming PBE has been canceled. It also means that the new patch 6.02 will also be delayed.

Pruvided, A mod for r/VALORANT, r/VALORANTPBE, posted on Twitter that the upcoming PBE has been canceled and Patch 6.02 has been pushed back for 2 weeks.

The devs have apologized for this cancelation of the PBE and the delay of Valorant patch 6.02. They are currently working to resolve this issue. Valorant devs do a tremendous job in releasing regular updates. They also listen to the fans and fix problems quickly if there are any. It is quite common for games to delay the updates as it can be difficult and time-consuming to create and test new content.

The next PBE will be held on 3 February and patch notes will be announced at that time. Valorant devs have assured players that they are dedicated to giving them the best experience and will keep working hard to enhance it. While waiting for the upcoming patch, players may still enjoy the game as it is right now. The New Lotus map is now available in the unrated and competitive queue.
