Former Kru sports professional retires from competitive Valorant to pursue Engineering

Valorant KRU Sports professional, Delz1k has decided to step down and retire from the competitive Valorant arena in order to pursue engineering. This news comes before VCT 2023, giving the team enough time to search for a replacement until the tournament kicks off in February 2023. Delz1k’s retirement has sent ripples through the Valorant community, since he made the decision to retire at only 22 years of age, which is relatively early in the Valorant arena.
It would now depend upon Kru to find a suitable replacement for Delz1k, whom fans did not want to leave the roster. Delz1k had a special place among the Kru fan base, especially after his clutch secured a place for the team in this year’s VCT 2023. This year, however, Kru will have to find a different dependable man for these situations.

Although nothing has yet been confirmed by either the franchise or the player, this news comes from the extremely reliable Lembo, who is a fellow professional himself. Delz1k was an integral part of the team that went up against the likes of OpTic Gaming in Masters Copenhagen 2022 and FPX during VCT Istanbul.
Delz1k usually runs with the controller agents and is a Viper main, although that does not mean he cannot run other agents. On Icebox especially, with a dual controller setup, he can easily run a Viper or an Omen as his team requires. It will be interesting to find out who replaces Delz1g in the roster, and if the replacement is directly going into the controller category.

Valorant: The Guard set to re-sign TrentFPS
The Guard is building an extremly strong squad and by re-signing TrentFPS in their main roster, they have made thier intentions clear to the Valorant community. The deadline for the partnered teams to register their roster is the 31st of October with The Valorant Challengers tournament scheduled to begin next year in February, and teams are gearing up once again for the competitive meta.
Trent is best known for playing the initiator main, picking up Sova, and wreaking havoc in the opponent team composition. There are very few Sova players like him with the exception of AverageJonas, although he has been known to be flexible, making him a primary pick on almost all rosters.
However, he can pick up a Fade and KAY/O and deal equal damage to the enemies, making him one of the most formidable initiators to come across in tournaments in general.
