How to unlock Harbor quickly on Valorant

How to unlock Harbor quickly on Valorant

Harbor

Episode 5 Act 3 has found gamers clamoring for Harbor in Valorant and using him to the best of what could be in this short period of time. It is only natural to try and learn Harbor as a method of taking up space since his utility allows him to aggressively take control of the site while his teammates are fragging out and making their entry into the site.

Since Harbor joins the severely understaffed controller category and most of the controllers are map-specific, Harbor might just be looking at that one universal controller slot that can probably be run on any map. Harbor’s natural game is more so on the defensive side, rather than taking on aggressive fragging or attack-based gameplay.

Being a supporting agent, Harbor is supposed to take up space in the map, making it more difficult for his enemies to move and in turn turning him into a nuisance to play against. With everyone running around to get Harbor, the real deal is to get Harbor unlocked quickly. Here are three ways to do that.

  • Spend Valorant Points

This is the fastest way to get Harbor, simply by spending Valorant points. To unlock Harbor from the beginning requires 1000VP, and simply go ahead and unlock this agent without much of a hassle.

  • Complete Daily and weekly missions

If spending money in-game is not something you want to do, you can also try and complete the daily and weekly missions. This will allow for easier unlocking of the character since they give greater XPs after completing the missions.

  • Play shorter formats

The third option appears more like a cheat code. Playing the spike rush instead of full-length games will allow you to get through a larger number of games, therefore gaining more XP that’ll help in unlocking Harbor.
