Masters Day 8 Results: Masters Reykjavik is the first international Valorant event of the 2022 VCT circuit. This Tournament will kick off on the 10th of April and we will get our first World Champion of the year on the 24th of April.
VCT 2022 Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik
VCT is the Riot Games’ official circuit for Valorant. In the Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik, 12 teams from across the globe will meet in Iceland and represent their region. All teams will face each other for straight 14 days and the best of the best will raise the trophy of VCT 2022 Stage 1 Masters Reykjavik.
Masters Day 8 Results
On day 8 of the tournament 2 BO3 series was played. The games were streamed on both Twitch and Youtube.
1. DRX vs OpTic Gaming
Map 1(Ascent): DRX took the first half with a 9-3 score. DRX won the map with a 13- 8 scoreline.
Map 2(Icebox): OpTic took the first half with a 7-5 score. OpTic won the map with a 13-11 scoreline.
Map 3(Split): The first half ended with an equal 6-6 score. OpTic Gaming won the map with a 15-13 scoreline.
2. LOUD vs G2 Esports
Map 1(Ascent): LOUD took the first half with a 9-3 score. LOUD won the map with a 13-5 scoreline.
Map 2(Breeze): LOUD took the first half with an 8-4 score. LOUD won the map with a 13-11 scoreline.
Map 3(Icebox): LOUD won the first two maps so map 3 was not played.
