Valorant devs have a new vision for upcoming esports seen in 2023 and it looks promising as they have many things in mind like new leagues, a new in-game mode, and more. There are some changes they have in mind and will see in the next year of esports roadmap for valorant 2023.

As soon as Valorant grows and builds a strong community in terms of esports as well as a fanbase, change in the game meta. Riot comes with a new long-term partnership to create a more stable ecosystem for esports, and there will be no entry fees for selected teams.

In the recent, while announcing the roadmap for 2023 of Valorant, the head of the esports operation at Riot Games Jhon Needham stated that “Riot will support teams and organizations to grow their org alongside the game”

He continue and said “Together, all these elements will contribute to a competitive ecosystem that will position Valorant for its next stage of growth. We want to build the top level of competition that will provide more exciting matches, new events that will thrill live audiences, and engaging experiences for millions of online fans.”

1. New international Leagues

Riot announces three new international leagues for the shooter, in which the best teams around the world will compete week-over-week, the competition will be held on LAN and hosted in front of a live audience.

The best teams from each of the leagues will automatically qualify for two international masters events and last for Valorant Champions at end of the year.

2. New Domestic Leagues

The new domestic leagues will also be introduced in valorant roadmap 2023. In this league, the best from every region will compete with the best in the world in the new in-game competitive mode.

3. New in-game competitive mode

Valorant devs will introduce a new in-game mode for all the best talents in the world which helps them to gain more recognition around the world. This mode will act as an existing leaderboard system in the game and offer more incentive for upcoming players with this they will get new goals and work on the rank grind.

4. No entry fees for select teams

Riot Games will not charge any entry fees for the tournament from the selected organizations, because they want to grow Valorant’s competitive ecosystem and secure long-term success for them also. Riot also launching applications to select partners who will help the game to grow in their domestic competition.

Game devs also think about giving annual incentives to the esports organization as well as opportunities to collaborate on in-game products which help them grow their own audience and ecosystem in their region.
