Riot to take Community opinion for Give Back Bundle in Valorant

Valorant Oni Skin

For the first time ever, Riot has decided to give back to the community through it’s Give Back bundle in Valorant, stating that 50 percent of the profits from the sale of gun skins and 100 percent from the sale of cosmetic items such as gun buddies or players cards will be given back to the community in an attempt to help the underprivileged. The Ion 2.0 is the latest skin bundle, and has been well received so far. However, this time, to up its game, Riot is going to take the opinions of its fans and gamers to bring back the skins that have been fan favorites for a long time.

For this purpose, Riot has put up a poll on Twitter, giving the global fans an opportunity to voice their opinions on the skins that they want to be returning in this collection. The idea appears to be similar to the run-it-back collection, however, the only difference being of Valorant allowing its fans to actually have a say in the matter this time.

Valorant Give it Back bundle contents

As per the recent posts, the Give it back collection will contain a sidearm skin, an SMG, a rifle, and finally, either a sniper rifle or a machine gun, whichever the community decides. This bundle will also contain several player cards and gun buddies, 100 percent of the proceeds of which will go to charity.

In the sidearm section, developers have given the option of either opting for the Prime Classic or the Gaia’s Vengence ghost. Both of them are unique skins on their own, with Gaia’s vengeance being a relatively newer model, coming out early this year. Price classic has been the community favourite ever since it came out, and it depends on the fans to choose.

Among the SMG, only the spectre is offered, although in two surprising variants. The Magepunk Spectre and the Radient Crisis Spectre have been followed, although question the fans would have been happier if the newer skins such as the Ion 2.0 spectre, the Reaver spectre or even the Forsaken spectre was taken into consideration.

The contest between rifles is, as usual, between the Phantom and the Vandal, with the ever-classic Oni Phantom taking on the newer Neptune Vandal. Oni has had a special place in the community’s heart for a long time, while fans claim the Neptune Vandal makes it easier to land headshots.

Finally, the last two guns are the Forsaken Operator and the Reaver Odin. The reaver Odin is relatively new, although a better fight would have been between the Ion Operator and the Prime Odin.

Whatever the case is, the fans can be excited by the fact that Valorant developers are finally taking their opinions into consideration. It will be interesting to find out what the community chooses for a bundle whose price hasn’t been released yet.
