Skyesports Valorant Champions series is set to get in action next month, the tournament is only for South Asian teams. A few days ago Riot announce their VCT Stage 2 South Asian Challengers partnered with Skyesports. Before this riot hosted VCC (Valorant  Conquerors Championship) in association with NODWIN Gaming, but this time they approach Skyesports for hosting the Official tournament in the region.

The tournament is going to be the sole event and the top two teams will represent the region in the APAC Stage 2 Challengers. Skyesports is a well-known organization in the country for hosting a third-party tournament of games like BGMI, Valorant, and more. This time they get the opportunity to host the Riot official event of Valorant, and the org announces the name of the tournament on their Twitter handles Skyesports Valorant Champions Series.

The champions series registration is going to start on 1st May and it will end on 8th May 2022. Teams have only 8 days to decide whether to go for the prestigious opportunity to showcase their skills on a big stage. Skyesports is yet to reveal the registration process for the tournament but speculation is that it’s going to be like the VCC registration process you will provide an official website link and players can directly register their team.

VCT South Asian Stage 2 Challengers 2022

Skeyesports do not reveal the format and the schedule of the tournament. But from the leaks, the event will start in the mid of May month. Form this event top two teams are going to qualify for the VCT APAC Stage 2 Challengers, where they fight with top SEA teams for the slots of Valorant Champions Tour Stage 2 Masters 2022. More details about the tournament will be updated time-to-time.

All the Valorant South Asian teams are preparing for this event just after the Stage 1 SA Challengers in which Velocity Gaming becomes the winner and Global e-sports are the runner-ups of the event, both teams represent the region in the VCT APAC Stage 1 Challengers.

The whole tournament will be broadcast on the official youtube channel of the Skyesports and also on the LOCO channel.
