A Valorant new map is going to increase the map pool in-game, it’s going to be the eighth map will be called by name “Pearl” after Fracture, Ascent, Bind, Split, Breeze, Haven, and Icebox. The new map will appear in the new patch note 5.1 update which is releasing in next week.

Valorant completed its 2 years from its launch, in the same month Riot launched its first-ever FPS title back in 2020. Since its launch dev team has always tried to maintain the game and entertain the players by bringing new things to the games in every update of the game.

New Valorant map “Pearl”

The valorant new map name is going to be Pearl and from the leaks and from some hints the map will be an underwater-themed map. Officials first teas the new map in the player card where we can see Yellows on Rails. The image we saw showcased the Yellow Eletrico Tram of Lisbon Portugal, which is running underwater in a tunnel, and this hints that the new map is in Lisbon, Portugal.

Every time developers ensure to come with a new agent or new map with every map, and this time they are coming with a new map called “Pearl”. The new agent is Fade already made its appearance back in May, so it’s not possible to bring a new agent.

As of now, the Riot is ready to launch the new map in the upcoming update Episode 5 Act 1. But soon you can see early access on the content creators’ stream across the globe, and you witness the new map.

Release Date

The new map Pearl will go live with the upcoming update Episode 5 Act 1. And the new act is going to come on June 22, 2022, but the riot has yet not confirmed the release date. However, players have to wait for more details on the map but you can follow your favorite Valorant content creator to witness the new map.
