As many of his fans know, IShowSpeed is a huge fan of both football and video games. Hence, it is no surprise that he spends a lot of time playing EA FC 24. Speed was doing pack openings on a recent stream, like many EA FC streamers. As IShowSpeed is a massive fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, he hoped to get the Portuguese legend’s player cards in one of these packs, which got eventually.

For the uninitiated, you can buy several packs in EA FC 24 that are filled with player cards from various football players worldwide. The game gives you many hints, such as the player’s football club, nationality and position, before finally revealing the player’s name. The odds of pulling any player are completely random and cannot be controlled.

While IShowSpeed did finally get the Cristiano Ronaldo player card, it was not without a few hurdles in the way. Being a lifelong fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, Speed has a huge bias against Ronaldo’s career-long rival and football legend Lionel Messi. He was unafraid to express this hatred when Speed criticised Lionel Messi for winning FIFA’s The Best Men’s Player award.

IShowSpeed traumatises his dog ‘n***a’

IShowSpeed was sitting in his chair, holding his dog by his side while opening packs in EA FC 24. He was really tense and looked highly nervous while opening these packs in anticipation of getting Cristiano Ronaldo. The player hints started to show that the player was from Spain, played in a CDM position, and played for the Manchester City club.

IShowSpeed hilariously misidentified the Spanish flag as being a Mexican one. The player was revealed to be Rodrigo Hernández Cascante, aka Rodri. However, the player card flipped around to display Lionel Messi wearing the Inter Miami shirt. In the foreground, a caricature of Lionel Messi stood wearing a Manchester United t-shirt, passing the ball to another player Casemiro.

IShowSpeed immediately bounced in his chair and started screaming, “What the f*ck!” repeatedly while violently shaking in his chair. The dog looked at Speed in confusion as he was taken aback. It started licking his owner to calm him down as dogs often do.

However, Speed’s violent movement pushed the dog away, who widened his eyes and looked away in confusion. Many fans joked about how IShowSpeed had traumatised his dog for life.
