What are Fortnite Ranged Weapons and How to Complete Its Quest

Fortnite Ranged Weapons: The Ranged Weapons mostly share the same perks as Melee Weapons in the perk recombobulator, but they have some unique perks These are important keys to the game and come to work in several challenges the players need to complete to gain XP and other rewards.

Fortnite challenges are launched in the game on a weekly basis for players to earn more amount of XP.  Players will need to find Ranged Weapons in order to complete one of these tasks which are mainly concerned with the recent event of the challenges this week in the game. Here is a guide on how to deal damage with these Ranged Weapons in the game.

Fortnite Ranged Weapons

–Eliminate a player with no ranged weapons in your inventory and while on foot (1)

Ranged Weapons are a form of Weapon Class in Fortnite: Save the World. Ranged Weapons are meant to allow the player to shoot enemies at a safe distance, with some being more effective at certain ranges than others. Ranged Weapons consume ammunition and are equipped with a certain rate of fire, magazine size, and amount of time it takes to reload a magazine.

Fortnite’s quests are always pretty exciting and Epic Games have been bringing up a lot of new stuff for its Battle Royale enthusiasts. Challenges are always a good addition to the game for more bonus XP. These Challenges are proving to be a bit difficult for some players. Players only need to visit locations to gain the XP and move on to the next challenge.

Every week will introduce more challenges to Fortnite, and players can complete them in any order they like

Locations

The best way to eliminate a player with no ranged weapons in their inventory and while on foot in Fortnite is by killing an opponent with a Pickaxe right after landing on the ground. Playing in duos, trios, or squad matches can make this challenge easier. Your teammates can knock an opponent with their guns, and you can eliminate that downed player using your harvesting tool.

An especially potent technique is harvesting at Epic rarity, then weeding to immediately upgrade to Legendary. This effectively doubles the level of harvestable fruit and therefore doubles the chance of a qualifying ranged weapon.

The contact damage is affected by headshots, whereas the explosion is not. It deals its damage on impact, and then the same a few seconds later, effectively doubling its damage output. 

Challenges are always an excellent addition to the game for more XP. Although these aren’t necessary to be completed, players can get free XP and hence other rewards. Players only have a week to complete every weekly challenge and tomorrow they will be handed a new version of the quests. These challenges offer high amounts of XP when completed. Each week there are 7 Epic Quests worth 24,000 XP and one Legendary Quest worth 133,000 XP.
