Acquire the necessary tools
To access the Chamber of Detachment, you will need two critical tools. These are BD-1’s Koboh Grinder and the ability to dash through green forcefields. You will acquire the Koboh Grinder after completing the Koboh – Research Tanalorr Main Objective. The ability to dash through green forcefields is granted during the Jedha – Locate Brother Armias Main Objective.
Locate the Chamber
The Chamber of Detachment can be found on your third trip to Koboh while venturing through the Mountain Ascent. From the Mountain Ascent Meditation Point, follow the path through the green force fields. From here, turn left, and look over the right side. There, you will see a little lake with a waterfall landing into it. The Chamber is located beneath the waterfall.
Enter the Chamber
Once inside the Chamber of Detachment, there are two Echoes to interact with. Use the Force to pull out the block at the end of the room. After doing so, you can grab the Orb inside the room behind where the block was before it moves over the trigger plate on the floor. Put the Orb in the rotating slot. This holds the Orb Amplifier which activates a beam that connects with the opposite wall.
Connect with Koboh Matter
Use BD-1’s Grinder to connect with a clump of Koboh Matter in the far right corner of this wall to drop a Datadisc. Use the Force to move the block back underneath the lift and spray Koboh matter on the side closest to the Orb Amplifier so that it catches fire. Connect it with the wall at the back to dissolve the Koboh Matter and gain access to another block in the room, which will give you access to a chest containing the BD-1 Materials Jedi Paint scheme.
Time the Blocks
To reach the Perk at the end, you need to time the blocks so that the first one lands on the lift as the second passes over the trigger plate, lifting the first block up and providing you with the extra boost needed to reach the Perk. Force Pull both blocks back to the opposite side of the room, near where you came in, and quickly Force Pull the first over and the second right after it. If timed correctly, the first block will land on the lift as the second hits the plate, allowing you to climb up the vines on the side to reach your reward.
Receive the Perk
Upon completing the Chamber of Detachment, you will receive the Patience Perk, a valuable tool that will enhance your abilities and make your journey through the galaxy easier.
The Chamber of Detachment is a challenging but rewarding experience in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. By following these steps, you can successfully complete the Chamber and unlock its valuable rewards. Good luck on your journey, and may the Force be with you!
