While criticizing the Call of Duty franchise is not a new thing for Herschel Guy Beahm, popularly known as Dr DisRespect, this is for the first time that he was willing to shift to a new game. The game is none other than Valorant, Riot Game’s FPS title that has recently bagged a lot of awards and accolades.

Dr DisRespect was doing a collaborative stream with veteran streamer Timothy ‘TimTheTatman’ Baker where the duo were seen playing Call of Duty Warzone 2 together. While the initial gameplay was going smooth, the streamer started raging at the final moments when he was getting eliminated due to poor animation from the game’s side.

As The Doc went on a sarcastic rant, TimTheTatman asked about the time he will continue streaming Warzone 2. Dr DisRespect’s reply was quite surprising as he stated, “I’m giving it like a week or two weeks”. He implied that he is providing a deadline so that the developers can take the necessary action. The prominent streamers then discussed the possible games that can become the alternative.

“I might go Valorant full-time”, Dr DisRespect declared leaving TimTheTatman surprised. The latter streamer said that it actually might be a good idea if he shifts to Valorant. Eventually The Two-Time highlighted that even TimTheTatman has been thinking to try some other games such as Fortnite and Overwatch, or else he’ll go crazy.

Dr DisRespect still holds some hope for Call of Duty franchise

The American streamer has been an active streamer of the Call of Duty franchise. Even though he has tried some other games such as Apex Legends and BioShock, he ends up playing the latest titles of Call of Duty. Warzone 2 is such a title, where he has been dropping lately, but none of the matches is able to provide him with a satisfying experience.

However, The Doc has often stated that he holds Call of Duty quite close to himself and really wants the franchise to do better with their new titles. Even on his stream with TimTheTatman, he claimed that though the game has become awful, he still loves it. “This game is just so bad. It’s awful. I love Call of Duty man, you know? I want to play it, get active with it and feel the momentum of it and get some snipes,” he added.

He further explained that he feels the game has become quite monotonous and one-dimensional, which has made the game boring unlike before. Dr DisRespect’s ardent viewers are already aware of the fact that the streamer has previously described, how he misses the fun he used to had in Warzone, but the situation has turned different now.

Fan reactions

The YouTube comments pointed out that the streamer claims quitting Warzone 2 as a fluke, as the next day, one would see him playing the game. One of the users wrote that he should start streaming other games from now so that it doesn’t become boring for his viewers as well.
