One of the most prominent players of Fortnite, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins couldn’t keep his calm on his recent livestream when one of the viewers commented that he was playing a kid’s game. The streamer was playing a Fortnite match on Twitch when he came across this comment.

He blatantly lashed out at the viewer by describing that it isn’t a kids game, it is rather a grown man’s game as a lot of players play it. Ninja stated that just because a few kids play this game, doesn’t automatically make this a kid’s game. “Look at Minecraft, so many old people playing that game now,” the streamer made a comparison with Minecraft.

The conversation eventually shifted to the streamer explaining that people didn’t consider this as a kid’s game 3 years ago. “This wasn’t a kid’s game when Dr DisRespect was playing it, and Tim was playing it,” he continued to name some popular streamers who used to play the battle-royale by Epic Games.

“This is Fortnite, one of the greatest fu**king game ever made”, the streamer who streams ‘everywhere‘ became furious to hear that Fortnite had become a kid’s game all of a sudden. Later, he stated that it doesn’t matter if it’s a kid’s game as everyone is just playing video games to enjoy while livestreaming.

If Fortnite has become a mainstream battle-royale game nowadays, a huge part of the credit goes to Ninja as he was able to promote the game through his regular engaging gameplay sessions on Twitch. His popularity surged a long time ago, but he still remains one of the most followed streamers on the Amazon-owned platform.

His overwhelming popularity is visible right in the game, as he was one of the first creators to get his skin added in the game as a part of the Icon Series. Not only that, Ninja’s livestream with American singer and rapper Drake where the duo played the battle-royale together, is still regarded as one of the record-breaking streams to be ever hosted on the platform.

He recently uploaded a video on YouTube titled ‘Fortnite Rewind 2022’ that captured some of his best moments on the game last year. The video has already received 212K views at the time of writing this article.
