“My biggest turn off is..”: Pokimane is bold while answering dating life questions and fans are loving it

Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys has been creating fun content, VLOGs on YouTube these days rather than livestreaming on Twitch for long hours. She recently uploaded a video titled ‘eating spicy food and answering spicy questions’, which has become a hit among her fans as the audience is loving her bold take as well as the positive energy she has been radiating throughout.
The streamer got some mixed questions from her audience but one stood out amongst the crowd when someone asked her about her biggest turn on/turn off. Imane was initially hesitant to answer as she wondered why does the internet wish to know about it, but she later began explaining her answer.
“My biggest turn off is when someone idolizes people that have fame, clout, money followers—whatever”, began Pokimane and later elucidating that she sometimes meet people who exaggerates the work she or her friends do, and probably become envious eventually, which makes her disappointed.
She further highlighted the ‘envious’ part as she stated, “it kind of rubs me in the wrong way” when people are jealous of someone or are creating a huge ruckus of someone’s popularity, when they are unaware about the personal life of the concerned personality.
Pokimane can relate to Valkyrae when it comes to dating life
YouTuber Rachell ‘Valkyrae‘ Hofstetter has been in relationships in the past, which according to her were ‘toxic’ as her partner used to compare her success with him. She has time and again highlighted how she suffered from a mental breakdown post these relationships but during a podcast, she stated that her standards are now incredibly high.
Valkyrae has also explained the hardships of her dating life as she wanted someone real with her, rather than loving her for her stardom. A similar situation was narrated by Pokimane as she stated, “I’ve met people who go gung-ho about this stuff as they turn into different people, and I can’t [deal] with that.”
The popular Twitch streamer spoke for all of the popular streamers when it comes to dating life, as she doesn’t want someone who overemphasizes her success as that would only mean that they pretending to be with them, when in reality they are in love with the stardom that comes with the relationship.

The YouTube video uploaded by the streamer has got close to 240K views and several reactions followed in. Fans are loving how the streamer is quite confident while answering these questions, they were also praising the edits made in the video as it is quite entertaining to watch.
For a streamer like her, it is quite rare to watch her talking about her dating life, but now that she has opened up on this aspect, fans are willing to know more.
