This had to eventually reach the political commenter and streamer Hasanabi who decided to use the popularity of the game to support a noble cause. He is known for having strong political views and this was no exception. During the beginning of the invasion, Hasan was one of the first streamers on Twitch to raise his voice against Putin.

So he decided to use the popularity of Elden ring to raise money to support Ukraine.

He kept a condition that he’ll raise the amount by $10 and since it is Elden Ring he died a lot. Each death was more excruciating than the last and eventually, Hasanabi raised $152k at the end of the stream and that wasn’t counting the number of times he died to the mini-bosses in between.
