Everton vs Boreham Wood: Everton met 5th Tier club Boreham Wood in the 5th round of the FA Cup and came away with a comfortable 2-0 win.

The underdogs fought hard and did well to keep the score 0-0 at halftime. Two goals from Rondon in the 57th and 84th minute put an end to the dream of the Tier 5 side. Lampard’s side dominated possession, having around 80% of the ball throughout the game.

Asmir Begović(6.5/10):  Did not have any saves to make and made some good high claims from crosses.

J.Kenny (8.2/10):  Kenny had a good game making some important tackles and constantly got up the pitch. He created some good chances for his team and got the assist for the Rondon goal where he played a good low ball across the area.

Michael Keane (6.8/10):  Keane had a quiet game at the back and was not troubled much by the Boreham Wood forwards.

Jarrad Branthwaite (6.5/10):  Had a decent game at the back and was not tested much.

Nathan Patterson (6.6/10):  Tried to make things happen but was unable to pick out his teammates with crosses;

Vitaliy Mykolenko(7.2/10):.Was very active in the game helping out both defensively as well as offensively before being subbed off due to an injury.

Abdoulaye Doucouré (7.4/10): Controlled the midfield well and progressed the ball forward and created some chances for the forwards.

Allan (6.8/10):  Allan looked good in midfield making some good passes. His precision when it comes to long balls has to be better though.

Anthony Gordon (7/10):  Gordon took on the defenders successfully and was a threat. He arguably should have done better with a chance that fell to him.

Andros Townsend (7.3/10): Townsend got the assist for the second goal from a cross following a corner. He gave away possession cheaply a few times.

Salomón Rondón (8.2/10): Scored at the near post with a clean finish to give Everton the lead. Jumped high and made good contact with his head for the second goal. Was caught offside a couple of times after being too eager and missed some other good chances.

Substitutions:

Richarlison (6.8/10): Looked lively after coming on and thought he scored but the goal was disallowed for handball.

Seamus Coleman (6.6/10):  Coleman had a decent performance after coming on.

Taye Ashby-Hammond (7.2/10): Made some really good saves from inside the box but was caught out at his near post for the Rondon goal.

Will Evans (5.8/10): Evans made a lot of poor passes and lost possession.

David Stephens (6.5/10):  Stephens did well at the back to keep out the Everton forwards and won a lot of aerial duels.

Connor Stevens (6/10): Made a few clearances but looked shaky on the ball and gave the ball away on multiple occasions.

Kane Smith (6.6/10): Was unable to make his mark in the game. Was subbed off after picking up a knock.

Jacob Mendy(6.3/10): Made some tackles and interceptions but gave away the ball trying to play long balls.

Mark Ricketts(6.2/10): Lost the ball a lot and was unable to control the midfield. Was subbed off in the 69th minute after getting a knock.

Frankie Raymond (6.3/10): Was unable to get on the ball as much as needed in midfield.

Josh Ries(6.7/10): Looked promising at times and took on defenders well.Could not produce the decisive pass needed.

Scott Boden (6.3/10): Saw very little of the ball and was quiet throughout the game.

Tyrone Marsh (6/10): Had a poor game upfront. Was unable to hold up the ball and his passing was poor.
