It feels like a dream for NBA fans to see all these superstars playing together and celebrating each other’s success. A few days ago, Team USA faced off against Team Serbia.
On Wednesday, Team USA faced the current MVP, Nikola Jokic, and Serbia. During the game, it was seen that Team USA grabbed a rebound, and then LeBron James had the ball and went against the Serbian defender Marko Guduric. James showed great strength and made a move towards Guduric with heavy contact. It caused the defender to fall and hit the floor hard.
Soon, James did his iconic shoulder shrug. After seeing the shrug, many other Team USA stars also did LeBron’s iconic shrug. The game was pretty one-sided for Team USA as they thrashed Serbia by a final score of 105-79. Team USA had locked the doors of victory for Team Serbia by halftime. Stephen Curry had the best game, scoring 24 points and three rebounds and made 6 three-pointers.
Overall, NBA fans can see James entering the final leg of his career. Further, it is established that James is the clear leader of the team and hopes to add another gold medal to his Illustrious career. While he has slowed down from his prime days, there is no denying James’s productivity.
How did LeBron James perform against Team Serbia?
LeBron James is one of the best players the NBA has ever seen. Currently, he is playing as a part of the stacked Team USA. Till now, in the exhibition matches, James has showcased great performance. He is clearly leading the team and showing great leadership skills.
The Paris Olympics marks James’ final appearance for his national team. As such, the team hopes to return home with an Olympic gold around their neck. James overall performed well, scoring 11 points and two assists against Serbia. He led the team from the front and also had many memorable moments during the game.
