Skip Bayless, known for his unfiltered, fierce commentary, found himself all over the headlines for all the wrong reasons. The Undisputed host appears to be at the center of a major controversy after a s*xual harassment lawsuit filed by his hairstylist became public knowledge. And Shannon Sharpe seemed to have been waiting for this moment.
A former Fox Sports hairstylist named Noushin Faraji has taken the internet by storm after a significant s*xual allegation lawsuit against several prominent names associated with the network, including Bayless, Joy Taylor, and, executive Charlie Dixon. She alleged they misused their position to take advantage of innocent women and “s*xually harass” them.
While Sharpe is not named in the suit, the recent episode of his Nightcap YouTube show suggests that he is keenly aware of the whole situation. Known for his sharp wit, the ESPN analyst appeared to throw shade at his former colleague by using Bayless’ famous catchphrase of “It’s my turn!” during a conversation with Chad Ochocinco, who responded with a smirk.

Since parting ways with Undisputed in 2023, Sharpe has been quite vocal about his fallout with Bayless and the workplace issues. The two share an infamous relationship, well-known in the world of sports broadcasting, and this controversial lawsuit presented Sharpe with the perfect opportunity to be grateful for distancing himself from the Fox Sports analyst.

The Nightcap host did not leave the subject of the lawsuit at that moment. He addressed it properly to distance himself from the allegations, which underlined the concerned work environment in media organizations. He boldly asserted that the 42-page lawsuit did not mention his name for once amid the speculations including his name as well.
“That has nothing to do with me. There’s nothing to address. In those 42 pages, it doesn’t mention that Shannon Sharpe did anything,” said Sharpe on his podcast, mainly criticizing the news outlets connecting his name to the allegations merely for “clicks.”
Faraji alleged that Bayless was very aggressive towards her, even though she politely denied being interested in him. According to the 42-page lawsuit documents obtained by Front Office Sports, he reportedly even accused her of sleeping with his former co-worker, Sharpe around the time he had his fallout with him, forcing him out of Undisputed.
