Former NASCAR superstar and arguably one of the most accomplished female figures in motorsports ever, Danica Patrick is one of the most influential personals among racing fans. She has never been shy overusing her platform to share her opinions and political beliefs regardless of its controversial nature.
Recently ABC hosted the first ever presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle featuring former President Donald Trump representing Republican party and current Vice-President Kamala Harris, representing Democrats. Danica Patrick, just like everyone in the US followed the debate and she was quick to share her opinions on it.
She took it her Instagram story to counter the claim of Harris that Trump’s political rallies often don’t have attendance and they leave even before the event is over. She labelled it as a lie and asserted that the rallies of former president is crowd puller and explained her friends experience in a event at Arizona.
Really?! Just lies. Omg you can't even get in when he holds rallies. My bestie @stephalvorson said thousands were turned away here in AZ, she was there.Danica Patrick wrote on Instagram.
Danica Patrick implied that the debate was fixed for Kamala Harris
Noting to the same debate, Danica Patrick shared an Instagram story resharing a reel that claimed ABC rigged the debate in favor of Harris. With this it seems she was implying that the Vice President had an advantage over the former President.
It is widely reported by the media as well as the political experts that Kamala Harris had the upper hand over Donald Trump. Some reports suggest that it was because of Trump using arguments that he was told not to use by his campaign.
There is also another side, mostly from the republican side of the political spectrum, that suggest ABC was rooting against Trump. So, its was no surprise to see Danica Patrick implying a similar argument as she supports the conservative’s political side.
