Danica Patrick is arguably one of the most accomplished female racers of all time. Her successful outings in the IndyCar and later in NASCAR earned her a lot of fame and money, making her one of the most influential athletes. Since her retirement, Patrick used her fame and the platform to grow her business as well as media career.
Amidst all these ventures, she has never been shy from sharing her views on controversial and political matters. Danica Patrick has even shared her podcast platform with some of the most infamous conspiracy theorists. Recently during the 2024 US Presidential election cycle, she has been vocal about her pollical ideologies.
Via her Instagram handle she has made multiple posts and stories supporting Republican party candidate Donald Trump. She also hasn’t hesitated from calling out Democrats’ Kamala Harris. Recently Patrick took a short at the Vice president via her Instagram story mocking her about a speech in the Unite for America rally.

2024 was the year where fans saw Danica Patrick share her exact political views with the fans. She asserted that she isn’t a supporter of the liberal political ideology and claimed she is a independent with republican leaning.

Her major priority while taking side in the political debates is free speech and the ease of doing business. And she sees siding with the conservative side of the political spectrum as something that aligns with her belief.

The female racing superstar seems to make a lot of influence in the precedential election, by urging her fans to support Trump over Harris. It will be interesting to see how her action affect decision making of her fans.
