Gun control has always been one of the most controversial and heated topics of discussion in the US. It has always been a significant factor in political strategies of candidates in every election cycle and with the most recent school shooting at Georgia that took the life of four, it has become one of the important topics in the 2024 President election.  

It was serious point of discussion in the presidential debate between current Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Donald Trump. During the discussions, Harris who represents left leaning Democratic party dismissed claims from her Republican counterpart that she called for gun control. Ex-NASCAR driver Danica Patrick, who is a conservative, wasn’t buying it.

She took to Instagram stories to share her opinion on the same. The ex-SHR driver shared a tree that shows the VP previously discussing the possibility of gun control laws and called her out for the lies.

It wasn’t the first time Danica Patrick has called out Harris’s supposed lies from the presidential debate. Two days prior via her Instagram stories she called out the presidential candidate for her claims about the Trump rally not having attendance and supporters leaving it early.

Patrick admitted that she almost felt uncool and old watching the VMAs as he she felt out of touch. But then seeing Benson Boone got her back, as the young musician is known for his style that resembles the 90s and early 2000s.  

I feel so uncool, or old, or out of touch when I watch the vmas. They almost lost me... And then Benson Boone came on!!!
