In the last few years, Giannis Antetokounmpo, the star of the Milwaukee Bucks, has undoubtedly become one of the biggest stars in the NBA. He has carried the Bucks through recent years as fans have witnessed his improvement and evolution into one of the league’s most versatile players. Antetokounmpo has been tirelessly working to incorporate a jump shot into his game, and it is certainly yielding positive results. Most recently, Gilbert Arenas, a former NBA star, discussed Antetokounmpo in the latest episode of his podcast ‘The Gil’s Arena.’

On the podcast, Gilbert Arenas shed light on Giannis Antetokounmpo and his recently improved jump shot, which was showcased in the 2024 Paris Olympics. He stated that the center deliberately plans his shots, making it easy for defenders to anticipate whether he will drive to the basket or take a shot from a distance.

Antetokounmpo has certainly adapted to the game. Many fans and analysts criticized him for only being a run-and-dunk player but throughout the years fans have seen Antetokounmpo upgrade his style of play, which certainly makes him one of the best players in the league today. He could add a few more individual accolades to his resume by taking mid-range shots and shooting three-pointers.

Nike signed a deal with Giannis Antetokounmpo in 2019, who has his own shoe line called ‘Freak.’ Antetokounmpo recently launched a new sneaker collection that pays tribute to his Greek heritage.

The Freak 6 shoes have a unique design with ‘Roses’ colorway. It also has golden patterns to show off the Greek Freak’s championship and MVP victories.

Nike‘s The Greek Freak sneaker line, which is amongst the most popular basketball shoes on the market, trailing only behind Lebron James‘ and Kevin Durant‘s sneaker lines. Fans will be looking to cop the latest edition once it is out in the market.
