Alex Palou commented that all claims of him being in talks with Audi were false. The IndyCar star accepted that people couldn’t believe his word due to him trying to keep the matter under curtains. However, the 27-year-old reassured and guaranteed that all the rumors were false as he had zero contacts with the German carmaker.
Audi? It's all false. I know you can't trust my word, but I guarantee it. It's all false. I have not had any contact with Audi. Zero.Alex Palou told Indystar
Alex Palou isn’t trying to ‘leave’ IndyCar amidst positive performances
Palou has scored some massively positive performances in IndyCar and is at the peak of his career there. As a result, the Spaniard noted that he wasn’t considering quitting the series due to such performances. Additionally, he reflected on his short Formula 1 stint and claimed that he had a little taste and learned a lot and didn’t wish to further make a career in it.
I'm not trying to leave. I tried. I had a little taste, it was fun and I learned, but I'm okayAlex Palou concluded
