Charles Leclerc didn’t have the best results during the Dutch GP qualifying session after scoring a P6 start. However, the Monegasque continued to battle hard on the track and successfully managed a podium finish. Leclerc scored impressive results despite the struggling pace of Ferrari’s SF-24 throughout the weekend. Hence, the 26-year-old laid out his happiness with the great results.

The Dutch GP put forth uncertain conditions for Charles Leclerc throughout the race. The 26-year-old continued to struggle through turn 10 as he labeled the car as ‘sh*t’. Regardless, Leclerc fended off extremely well against Oscar Piastri in the dominant McLaren chassis and scored a P3 finish.

As a result, Charles Leclerc put forth his contentment with the same. Leclerc noted that he was very happy with the result despite finishing just P3. The Monegasque claimed that he usually wouldn’t be pleased with a podium finish. Regardless, the team’s hard work at the Zandvoort circuit was commendable as noted by the 26-year-old.

Charles Leclerc claimed Ferrari executed a ‘perfect strategy’ at the Dutch GP

Charles Leclerc wasn’t the happiest before the beginning of the race. However, Ferrari’s master strategy enabled him to score a podium finish. Hence, Leclerc noted that the team found some more pace during the race and executed a perfect strategy. As a result, Maranello scored a great start to the latter half of the season.

In the race we found some more pace, and executed a perfect strategy. A really strong race from the team and very happy to start the second half like this.

Ferrari will still have to continue to upgrade the chassis to hold the lead against the improving Mercedes crew. The 2024 season has peaked in excitement as the championship contention is potentially spread out amongst the top four teams. Maranello needs to unlock more pace to emerge victorious in the development war against Brackley.
