Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner has high hopes from the upcoming Hungarian Grand Prix. Horner has predicted the race in Budapest to be a close affair between the top teams yet again. McLaren and Mercedes have turned up as close rivals of the Milton-Keynes outfit in the past few weeks.

Red Bull lead the title race this campaign but have been far from dominant on track. The Milton-Keynes unit has appeared vulnerable on various tracks and conditions. However, the team’s presence of mind and consistency have fared well despite the odds on many occasions.

It's going to be interesting to see how we perform there, it could be hot. I think it'll be the usual people that are quick at the moment. It's going to be an interesting venue. I'm sure it'll be very, very close once again.

Horner has praised McLaren and Mercedes for their recent performances but has faith in Red Bull. The race around the Hungaroring will be a feisty affair between the three teams that look to increase their win tally this campaign.

Zak Brown claims Red Bull might be out of development for RB20

McLaren CEO Zak Brown claims that Red Bull figured out the best ways to develop their car before anyone else. The 52-year-old has then said that the other teams have begun catching up to the Milton-Keynes outfit currently. Brown is therefore hopeful of McLaren giving a tough title fight to Red Bull this season.

McLaren has been stronger than Red Bull this season on multiple occasions but have been unsuccessful in winning. The Woking-based outfit has shown consistent pace and prowess since their win at Miami this season. Zak Brown has claimed that the Milton-Keynes outfit has reached a point of blockage in finding better developments in their car.

My opinion as opposed to fact, I think they got to terminal velocity, if you'd like, quicker than the rest of us. And there does come a point of diminishing returns as far as just how much you can continue to develop a car. I think, credit to them, they got their first and now we're all caught up or almost caught up.
Zak Brown told the media including RacingNews365

Brown has shown faith in his team to catch up to Red Bull despite a 78-point deficit to the leaders in the title race. As for the Milton-Keynes outfit, they will try their level best at improving their pace against their rivals. All in all, the upcoming races will turn out to be a stern test for the two in keeping their title hopes up to speed this campaign.
