Red Bull team boss Christian Horner was marred in controversy at the start of the 2024 season over allegations of inappropriate behavior. Now, almost a year later, reports have emerged claiming that the case is soon going to be back on the table.
In 2024, a Red Bull employee accused Horner of inappropriate behavior, with alleged chat leaks. Milton Keynes hired an independent external barrister to conduct an investigation. Christian Horner was given a clean chit, while the employee was allegedly suspended from the team.
As per De Telegraaf, the employee has filed a case against the Red Bull team boss in the UK’s Labor court. The court deals with any disputes between employees and their employers. The first hearing for the case is scheduled in January 2026. Although, the two parties can avoid trial by coming to a private settlement before the set date.
UK Court restricted British media from reporting on Christian Horner’s case
Last year, British media outlets were constantly providing updates on Horner’s case, with every new development being reported to fans. However, the websites suddenly stopped reporting on the investigation without any explanation.

Now, De Telegraaf has reported that a UK court had imposed a Reporting Restriction Order (RRO) on all British media outlets at the request of Christian Horner. This inevitably forced the media houses to stop reporting on any information related to the case. It was imposed in April last year.
It seems that Christian Horner is again going to face difficult questions in the paddock. The Briton has profusely denied all allegations made against him. However, it remains to be seen if the Red Bull team boss does decide to reach an agreement with the employee.
