Ricciardo has since deemed Liam Lawson worthy of a full-time seat with Red Bull or VCARB in 2025. The eight-time race winner, however, claimed to feel uncertain with regards to the decision in favor of Lawson.
Speaking about Liam, he got to drive the car last year and he did a great job, and I do think he is worthy of a seat on the grid, so if he is guaranteed a seat on the grid next year, that is good because he is a deserving driver. What that means for me is probably a little unknown, but if I perform, then I am sure they'll find a spot for me somewhere.Daniel Ricciardo told the media including RacingNews365
The 35-year-old has said that his current approach will be to perform as well as he can in order to land a concrete role with VCARB (current employers) or Red Bull for 2025. The upcoming Dutch GP will be a stern test for Ricciardo, who has previously been brilliant around the track.
