I still believe there is something but look, honestly whether I believe or not, it's clear that with this new one, I've had some great races or some great performances, and some not so great.

Daniel Ricciardo claims new RB chassis might’ve helped him at Miami GP

During his recent good performances, Daniel Ricciardo seems to have credited the new chassis brought in China for his promising weekend there, where things started falling in the Australian’s favor. This change helped him finish fourth in the Miami Sprint race.

I think, when in China when I got the new chassis and the weekend was looking better, and then Miami started well, I said 'alright, yeah, it could be it'

Despite bringing effective changes, the 34-year-old felt the performance still lacks inconsistency. Despite these setbacks Ricciardo acknowledges he still has the skill to achieve impressive results and standout performance. The Honey Badger has failed to match teammate Yuki Tsunoda for the majority of the 2024 season so far.

But then, now I have a couple of runs of maybe not so good races. So yeah, I think what's good is, obviously, I still have the ability to do some pretty cool things, pretty special or whatever.
Daniel Ricciardo stated
