I think for all of us, It's been a difficult couple of years getting the car into a place where we can consistently fight for victories. But I'm so motivated, so excited for the second half of the season, which is ultimately building up towards 2025, and when you look at the competition now, there's no reason why we can't fight.
George Russell told the media including RacingNews365

The Silver Arrows will now be keen on taking the fight wholly against their rivals McLaren and Red Bull after the summer break. They will look to amass maximum points and podiums with hopes of finishing the season on a high.

So I think the main weakness is that, but then everyone’s trying to develop their cars. If you’re not developing at a faster rate than the others, then you will quite quickly slip backward.

Shovlin has claimed that finding performance within a car comes down to the team’s pace in development. He insinuated the idea for the teams to be quick yet fruitful with their upgrades to unlock maximum performance.

Four teams have won a race or more this season, which is a sign of the competitiveness between the top teams. They will now work on perfecting their upgrades to deliver an extremely strong package at the Dutch GP.
