George Russell has continued to score some impressive performances in the 2024 season. The British driver is often seen wearing flashy clothes and watches while on track. Russell recently visited the IWC Watches hospitality and revealed his luxury watch collection with the brand.

IWC’s partnership with Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 team is likely the reason behind George Russell‘s love for the brand’s watches. Russell revealed that the Portugieser IW503504 was his personal favorite which was classy and went well with a suit. Additionally, the IW328903 watch back from the 80’s was yet another favorite of the British driver.

The Mercedes star preferred to wear this watch during the racing events and conferences in Formula 1. Additionally, IWC gifted the IW503312 Portugeiser during Russell’s first win in the sport.

Mercedes’ current focus would lie on their inconsistent performance during the latter half of 2024. The season has proven immensely up and down and both Russell and Lewis Hamilton have found things difficult behind the wheel on the W15. While the former is eagerly waiting to receive a new addition to his luxury collection, the Brackley-based team’s full focus has to be on improving the performance output of this year’s challenger.
