Helmut Marko amused by Yuki Tsunoda and Pierre Gasly’s performance in Miami

Pierre Gasly
Helmut Marko, Red Bull advisor, lately appreciated Alpha Tauri duo, Pierre Gasly and Yuki Tsunoda. Both the drivers managed to put their cars in the top ten for the first Miami weekend. That was more than expected but the duo are having a great start for Sunday.
Alpha Tauri managed to start ahead of the direct rival Alpine. Alpha’s are currently 7th on the constructor championship, with Alpine on 6th having 22 points.

This weekend could end with Alpha jumping over their rivals on the table with everything going as planned and both the teammate manage to end on points. Also with Fernando and Ocon behind the Tauri’s it would be a weekend to watch for.
So does think Marko ”That would be important because Alpine is not in the top-ten That way we can move up in the constructors’ classification.”
What Expectations Helmut Marko and Franz Tost has for the AlphaTauri’s?

The start of the season for Alpha Tauri wasn’t good, reliability is to be blamed as the one. By the end of the season, they plan to get a stable 5th position on the Constructor’s table. Starting this week, the team aims to have double points which would mean a jump of over one or even two on the table, getting them to 5th position ahead of Alfa Romeo and Alpine.
Helmut praises the team drivers and Yuki even more “Our Japanese driver is blossoming more and more,“. They also deserved it after beating the names like Sebastian Vettel, George Russell and Daniel Ricciardo in Q2.
Franz Tost, Tauri’s team principal didn’t mention the aim to finish P5 but directed toward it, even though the team currently has 16 points in the bag if they manage to work accordingly and make the Miami weekend a special one it would be easy for them to collect 10-15 points and reach the finish line they created.
We could consider a battle for midfield on the level we eagerly want to see on the top. This weekend might start one for the season.
