Charles Leclerc misses flight to Canada as his woes continue on and off the track

Charles Leclerc after an unlucky weekend in Baku has his week started with the same luck, he missed his flight for Montreal. Canadian GP is scheduled this weekend from 18th to 20th June, being 14 already his week is getting on a bit late which might lead him to a rush weekend, he updated his current situation on his Instagram story.
Charles had a terrible Baku weekend, after a solid Saturday with a fantastic Lap for pole, he was all set for Sunday lead. As the weekend progressed, his Sunday started with his lead passing over to Perez on turn 1, he managed to get it back with a good tyre strategy. But things again took a turn with his Engine blowing up a second time in three weeks ending his race.

How has Charles Leclerc’s Canada Weekend been over the years

2018 Montreal GP was a great one for the Monacan in a Sauber Ferrari, he managed a 10th position getting crucial points for the team. With Sebastian winning the race in a Ferrari, the weekend went great for the Ferrari-powered team.
2019 was the year Charles got his promotion to Ferrari when he started to fight for Wins. HE started on P3 after an excellent Qualifying Lap beating one of the Mercedes. He stayed in P3 at the end of the race with a podium to his name. Ferrari engines still played amazing roles over the weekend.
Ferrari has always had an amazing weekend driving around the Canadian air, with the inaugural race of the Circuit in 1978 won by the Ferrari of Gilles Villeneuve, the Italian powerhouse has 12 wins, 9 poles and 36 podiums. This season needs the Red blood to finish in a great position for the title fight to continue.
