Christian Horner, the Red Bull F1 team principal, has been surrounded by immense negativity since the surfacing of the inappropriate behavior accusations. While Red Bull cleared him of the accusations recently, he is still getting bashed, and amidst all this, it has come to light that he is in regular contact with the female employee who accused him.
Christian Horner is getting hit with one or the other thing continuously. On one hand, he has his own issues to deal with and on the other, his whole Red Bull team is falling apart with various kinds of rumors circling the outfit.
It has come to light that Horner’s wife, the former Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell, is not pleased with his husband still being in contact with the women who accused him of inappropriate behavior.
A source told The Sun, as reported by The Standard,
It’s frustrating for everyone and ridiculous to try to maintain business as usual in the circumstances. The woman’s role involves continuing contact with Christian and they are having to get on with day-to-day work as though nothing has happened. But something has to give.
Christian Horner will be in the limelight during the Saudi Arabian GP weekend
Horner, staying in regular contact with the female employee who accused him has opened the way for the Brit to once again get bombarded with tough questions during the upcoming Saudi Arabian GP weekend. It seems the 50-year-old is finding it extremely hard to catch a break.
On the past Monday, he was in Dubai attending a meeting with Max Verstappen‘s manager regarding the ongoing turmoil at Red Bull, and now, he has the above-mentioned issue to deal with during this week’s marquee event.
Christian Horner with his antics has found himself in extremely hot waters, and with the pace at which things have been escalating, Horner could be forced into quitting Red Bull. As things stand, this is the only option that is looking most likely to put most of the negativity around him and the Austrian team to bed.
