Daniel Ricciardo, the former 8-time Grand Prix winner, has an immensely crucial 2024 F1 season ahead of him. Since returning to the sport, Ricciardo’s main goal has been to get back into the Red Bull F1 seat. While he’s with AlphaTauri for next year, he has admitted that he is fully determined to turn some heads.
Daniel Ricciardo at 34 years of age, is currently in the twilight period of his F1 career and does not have several years left. Keeping this view, Ricciardo wants to impress everyone during the upcoming campaign, and hopefully, do well enough to get back into the Red Bull setup.
While shedding light on the same in detail, he recently said as reported by Speedcafe;
I’m coming from a place of gratitude, but I’m also coming from a place where I’m going all in, and I will expect results out of myself. I will expect me to do things like I did in Mexico and turn some heads, and have people saying ‘Oh, he’s still got it, because I believe I can.

Looking at the reaction of the honey badger, it is quite clear that he is willing to do the best he can in 2024 to make people realize that he still can do wonderful things in F1. Ricciardo’s main target for next year’s campaign is going to be to score as many points as possible and maintain a consistent run of form.
Would Daniel Ricciardo be able to secure the 2025 Red Bull F1 seat?
While Daniel Ricciardo has oozed a lot of confidence ahead of the 2024 season of the sport, there are no guarantees whether he will be able to get into the Red Bull team from 2025 onwards. Sergio Perez made a decent recovery this year and has somewhat got the backing of Christian Horner and Co.
Moreover, if Perez manages to put in good performances, then there will be a very good chance of seeing him extending his current deal with the mighty Red Bull F1 team. The Mexican driver has the skills and the temperament to hold his own next year and put in note-worthy performances.

Daniel Ricciardo showed signs of improvement during the 2023 campaign and has thus, got confidence going into next year’s campaign. But keeping in view how unpredictable the pinnacle of motor racing is, the 2024 F1 season will be a fascinating watch from his perspective.
