The 2024 F1 season is not far away and ahead of it, all the drivers have started gearing up for it. Esteban Ocon, the former Grand Prix winner, has recently taken the time to share a few glimpses of his ongoing work.
The demands at the pinnacle of motor racing are immense, and the drivers are required to prepare as best they can to stay in optimum shape. The mental and physical side of things are what the drivers work on the most.
Moreover, F1 drivers are required to have fast reflexes, and Esteban Ocon, via his X handle has shared some glimpses of how he is preparing to keep his reflexes on point ahead of an important campaign.

Last year, was not as fruitful for the Frenchman as he had expected going into the season and thus, would want to turn things around during the upcoming campaign of the pinnacle of motor racing.
2024 holds immense significance for Esteban Ocon
While Esteban has recently shared a video of the work he is putting in behind the scenes, the 2024 F1 season is very important for him. His current deal with the Alpine F1 team is slated to come to a close at the end of this year.
Moreover, his teammate, Pierre Gasly, is also in the same boat. As per the prevailing rumors, there is a growing belief that Alpine would only be willing to extend the contract of only one of its drivers.
