F1 as a sport has been on the upswing in recent years, and to keep its tradition of growing the sport further, the hierarchy has hired former Amazon employee, Isabelle Stewart for the newly created role of Head of Original Content.

Isabelle Stewart will be responsible for getting into new partnerships with content creators and giving F1 ample opportunities for its growth all across the globe.

However, when the hierarchy was dwelling on her name for the newly created role, not many were sure how wide her role was going to be, but after seeing notable interest from various media companies, F1 is certain that its move will help in boosting the popularity of the sport.

While Stewart’s name might sound new to many F1 enthusiasts, she’s a well-established name in the media industry and previously landed mega roles at Universal Pictures International, Focus Features, and Studiocanal just to name a few.

Her appointment gives a clear indication of how serious the pinnacle of motor racing is regarding the promotion of the sport, as the hierarchy is fully aware that the sport is in a period of boon, and they want to make the most of it.

The 2022 season has seen the dawn of a new era in the sport, where new regulations have completely changed the landscape, moreover, while the sport is changing, so are all the other activities around it.

The Drive to Survive series has been a massive hit, and many media houses have started to develop movies/series around the sport.

Moreover, F1 related projects that are currently in the making include Apple Studio’s film starring, Brad Pitt, with Mercedes starlet Lewis Hamilton acting as the co-producer.

Amazon is also launching a new radio show based around F1 that is called MICHELLE BLADE, and Disney+ is working with Keanu Reeves on a documentary series based around a former outfit.

Considering how many media houses have already taken up projects around the sport and the many that are still in line, it is safe to say that the appointment of Isabelle Stewart is a logical move on part of F1 and is going to help the sport in taking more strides than it already has in the right direction.
