The show saw the fans of the musical world and the motorsport fans come together as many famous artists performed on the grand stage at the Las Vegas GP. The artists covered the paddock areas and the podium areas where they performed while the fans occupied the stands and got an amazing view of the entire show. They flooded the circuit with lights of different colors and styles to make the show look more fashionable.

F1 utilized the infamous Las Vegas GP Sphere, which cost around $2 Billion, to their advantage. The Sphere lit up with color schemes of Formula 1 and accompanied the mega opening ceremony at the Las Vegas GP.

Fans brutally criticized the Pre-Recorded opening ceremony

In a recent tweet on X, fans have shared their opinions about the pre-recorded show. A certain fan claimed that the show was a ‘cringeshow’ and added that it should’ve been a live television rather a pre-recorded show. The show started late on the tweet, and a fan criticized F1 on this since they were late to stream a pre-recorded show.

Some fans called the show cringe and claimed that the ceremony was over-the-top and irrelevant to F1. Some fan also called the entire weekend a circus rather than a racing weekend from Formula 1. Another fan claimed that the show massively underwhelmed him and added that he will have to suffer through the entire show.

The Las Vegas Grand Prix has been massively trolled by the fans at this point. Although the actual track might offer great racing action, but the shows and ceremonies prior to the race might be unnecessary as the fans are not liking the flashy shows put forth by F1. Hence, FIA and Liberty Media need to desperately reconsider what is necessary for the race weekend and what’s not necessary.
