Christian Horner has faced severe backlash in the past couple of weeks. The Red Bull Team Principal is under investigation against inappropriate behavior allegations. In recent days, reports have surfaced which highlight new details regarding this alarming case. Now, it seems that the female employee who accused Horner wants to take this case to the Court of Law.

As per F1-insider, the female employee is currently on sick leave. The identity of the employee has been hidden from the public. However, she is willing to approach the English court against Christian Horner. The employee has even made an application for a lawsuit. As such, Horner could be put to trial in the coming days.

Previously, De Telegraaf reported that Horner was accused of sexually transgressive behavior by the employee. Moreover, the 50-year-old allegedly tried to wipe things under the rug by offering over $800,000 in settlement. However, this offer was rejected by the employee. The employee has already given the investigator all explicit messages she received from the Red Bull team boss.

Christian Horner has been accused of serious allegations by the employee. However, the 50-year-old has remained put as the Red Bull team boss. Reportedly, Horner rejected an offer to step down and prevent this investigation. As the Briton continues to deny all accusations from the employee.

Horner is believed to have the support of Red Bull’s majority stakeholder Chalerm Yoovidhya. Yoovidhya owns 51% of Red Bull and does not see the need to suspend the 50-year-old. This support has allowed the Briton to stay in his role including the RB-20 shakedown in Silverstone.

However, tensions are rising within the Red Bull camp. It is believed that Max Verstappen’s family is furious with Christian Horner. Nevertheless, the 50-year-old will be leading the team till the official verdict of the investigation is released and if he is found guilty. As such, fans would be eagerly waiting for the investigation to conclude and to find out the details of this case.
