“Heads on the chopping block in Maranello,” Gary Anderson warns Ferrari of the consequences if they lose to Red Bull at the end of the season

Charles Leclerc's victory celebration with Ferrari team.
Ferrari was ready to bring the lost World Championship back to Maranello in 2022. It has been 15 years since the Italian team hasn’t even come touched any of the titles. But this season they looked all prepared for another year that could be written down in the history books as Ferrari dominance. However, things don’t look smooth for the Italian Horse after 13 rounds of racing.
Ferrari started off a season with a 1-2 in Bahrain after two years of struggles. They dominated the Australian weekend, the third race of the season. Things were very smooth for the Red team but it only looks like a faded dream as of now. The team if had a chance to turn back time would roll back things starting first from Imola. Things are all downhill for the team after the fourth round of the season and they never could look up after that.
Ferrari created a lead after the third race that couldn’t have possibly been covered. But Red Bull trashed back their return and are currently leading the world championship both in Constructor and Drivers, with Max Verstappen. Italian team could now consider themselves out of the title contention with more than eight races to go, worries Gary Anderson.
“If it’s ever to win a championship again, that needs to change and change quickly,” said Gary.
Gary Anderson reckons Ferrari for a quick change in the team

With Italian GP round the corner, Ferrari needs to set their comeback soon enough. With Italian fans waiting for their team to come and showcase their performance at home, with the struggles Ferrari had gone through in the last few weekends, Maranello might be waiting for a better welcome for the team.
“It has nine races to show its understanding of how best to execute a race weekend and try to pull at least some championship points back. Otherwise, I’m afraid heads are going to be on the chopping block in Maranello,” said Gary.
Ferrari is now 100 off the lead in the championship with another championship hope falling off their dreams. Charles Leclerc has also been pushed off the title battle with a gap of 80 points to Max Verstappen.
