Mick Schumacher had a horrendous start to his 2022 campaign during which he crashed his car a couple of times and for that, came under heavy criticism from team Principal Guenther Steiner.

Marko believes that the added pressure that Mick had on his shoulders ever since Steiner’s harsh assessment has helped him in getting his act together and while stressing about the German’s outing in Canada said, “Without the technical defect in Montreal, he would have finished in the points there.”

Marko has further added, “The beginnings are there – it seems he needs real pressure and criticism, then it works.

We follow young drivers in general.”
