As per the current rumors, there is a very good chance that the upcoming Canadian Grand Prix could very well be Nicholas Latifi’s last race in Formula One and it is believed that Williams has lined up Alpine’s Oscar Piastri as a replacement from the British Grand Prix onwards.

Nicholas Latifi is no longer the “King Pin” on the Williams team and because of his less than average performances this season, he is under serious threat of losing his seat on the team.

Oscar Piastri is a young driver who is highly rated by many in the F1 arena and given that Alpine is looking to keep its current driver lineup for next season, the door is open for the Williams to swoop Piastri away from Alpine.
