“Made me crap my pants”: F1 fans hilariously react to a life-sized Red Bull making its way through a casino ahead of Las Vegas GP launch party
Las Vegas
In the last few years, Formula One has gotten the massive growth in their viewership from the US that Liberty Media had always hoped for. While the pinnacle of motorsports was previously viewed as a closed-off, elitist racing league, exclusive to the rich and wealthy Europeans, that image of F1 is slowly coming off. And now, it is a worldwide phenomenon, with races being organized in several countries all around the world, and with fans hailing from the remotest places.
And the success that F1 has achieved across the pond has led the FIA to make the decision to organize yet another Grand Prix in the US, after the United States GP and the Miami GP. And this time, the lucky host is Las Vegas. The Sin City will have its first ever F1 Grand Prix in 2023, during the second weekend of November. And the launch party for the same is going to be held in a few days at the Caesars Palace–one of the biggest hotels in the world.
The launch party for the Las Vegas GP will see a massive spectacle for the fans, with the opportunity to get an all-round experience of what it feels like to be present at a Formula 1 race. The attendees shot a video of a life-sized Red Bull car making its way through the casino tables, and this went viral on social media as the fans who could not be there in the party, commented on it.
“More overtaking opportunities than Monaco”: Fans get creative with their comments on the Red Bull racecar driving through a casino to promote Las Vegas GP
The Las Vegas GP is being projected to be a hugely successful event, and the PR teams are working round the clock to promote it. As the launch party is round the corner, the Red Bull Racing team hit a home run on Las Vegas soil by having one of their cars drive through a casino in the Sin City. And here is what the fans had to say about it–

In other news, the 2023 F1 calendar, which is going to be the longest race schedule in the history of Formula One, had to drop the French Grand Prix to make room for newer races, like the Las Vegas GP. But now, it is being said that the Chinese GP might be a no-go as there are strict Covid-19 protocols still in place in the Asian country. This leaves for us to see if F1 will move ahead with a 23-race schedule next year, or if they will introduce the South African GP to replace the race in China.
