In recent times, the partnership between Red Bull and its sister F1 team, AlphaTauri, has massively evolved. While the ownership has not changed, there is a growing belief in the F1 paddock that both teams are going to reap the benefits of their partnership. Seeing everything, the McLaren F1 team has raised concerns.

As per the McLaren CEO, Zak Brown, the growing partnership between Red Bull and AlphaTauri is something, that needs to be looked at. He believes that the decision-makers at the pinnacle of motor racing need to have an in-depth look at their ever-evolving partnership.

We are very concerned about the alliance between AlphaTauri and Red Bull. I believe this is something that will need to be addressed in the future. So, I think our sport still has a long way to go to make sure everyone is truly independent.

Looking at the reaction of the Brit, it is quite clear that he wants F1 to have a look at how the partnership between Red Bull and AlphaTauri actually works. With his comments, he is looking for the sport to become as transparent as possible going forward into the future.

AlphaTauri wants to put an end to its Red Bull junior team reputation

While Zak Brown has raised concerns regarding the partnership between Red Bull and AlphaTauri, it has been recently made known by Daniel Ricciardo, that the Faenza-based outfit is no longer a junior F1 team. AlphaTauri wants to put an end to its current reputation as soon as possible.

Moreover, quite a few changes are coming to AlphaTauri ahead of the 2024 F1 season. For starters, the influence of Red Bull figures, Christian Horner and Helmut Marko has been massively reduced and it has also come to light that AlphaTauri will have a new name from next year onwards.

The name that has been floating around the internet is ‘Racing Bulls.’ Keeping in view everything that has been discussed above, AlphaTauri will have immense interest in them from the very start of the 2024 season of the pinnacle of motor racing for various reasons.
