Christian Horner has the become the centre of widespread attention in Formula 1 not because of his massive achievements as the Red Bull Team Principal, but for all the wrong reasons. The Briton has been placed under investigation because of allegations of inappropriate behavior against him. The team has strictly maintained their stance about not tolerating such acts, even though Horner is one of the highest-ranking individuals in the Red Bull Racing hierarchy.
Ever since the news about Red Bull’s investigation on Horner blew up, several questions have come up regarding the allegations. And the most asked question out of all of them is who placed those complaints against Christian Horner in the first place. While the complainant has been completely anonymous, several theories have been put forward regarding their identity. First off, those who are pro-Horner have claimed these allegations are a result of a dispute in the power dynamics between Horner and Helmut Marko.
On the other hand, there are some reports which claim that the allegations came from a close colleague. According to a report by GPBlog, a female executive who is employed at Red Bull came out against Christian Horner to complaint against him. They have even mentioned that only a week ago, on Monday, the said complainant was working at the RBR Headquarters in Milton-Keynnes. But it is not known what happened between Christian Horner and the complainant that led Red Bull to place him on investigation.

It is rumored that she has been terribly shocked by the news and has wished for all the allegations to go away.
