The FIA declares the appointment of an equality, diversity and inclusion advisor in F1

Tanya Kutsenko, a Ukrainian native, is a seasoned worldwide motor sport development professional. She seems to have an in-depth knowledge of geographic motor sport necessities and lots of experience aiding ASNs on every continent with strategic planning development and operational distribution of high-impact initiatives to generate revenue, motor sport involvement, and ensure long-term steady future.

She will be accountable for devising novel EDI motor racing tactic as a consultant, in alignment with the FIA’s different program of publicising broader spectrum, integration, and double its motor racing involvement.

She will develop and embed EDI into the FIA global strategy, designing initiatives and plans to ensure sustainability of the framework over time and defining targets in line with world class organisationsShe will collaborate with regions through the FIA Member Clubs network, contributing to creation of regional plans for pathways development of motor sport participation on all levels.

He will be in charge of some of the programmes and developments aimed at increasing national and regional motor racing involvement as well as helping local projects. Her task will also include expanding connectivity and constructing programmes to enhance national and regional direct exposure, advancement, and manoeuvrability of motorsport skill and experts.

Tanya Kutsenko will determine specific academic and motor sport engineering prospects in collaboration with industry relevant parties, documenting to the Secretary General for Sport and the Director of Development.

Equality, diversity and inclusion are a key priority of my mandate as FIA President. In line with our strategy to promote greater diversity, the appointment of a dedicated and experienced Advisor in charge of these issues will allow us to accelerate inclusion and double participation in motor sport,” said FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem.
